This man is a danger to the community. Be very careful. He misdiagnosed my father 3 months ago. He even came round our house a week or so ago and said there is nothing wrong. He now has an incurable disease which leaves us with limited time to spend with him. Think twice. He does not care

If you have complex comorbid conditions that require repeat pescriptioning do not register with this practice..even the chemist is at her wits end with prescription errors. Since joining this practice with my medication cocktail working well following a review at my previous practice... Hill Streets repeat prescription administrator has not once managed to get it right. I have had medications stopped, swapped and incorrectly calculated every single time. One administrator is so condescending that I have been forced to submit a formal complaint that requests she have nothing to do with my care whatsoever. I cannot accept her protestations that "Doctor" has apparently just stopped and changed these medications without even speaking to me...for no other reason than it is dangerous to do so....if this is the case I will be making a complaint to the Wolverhampton CCG, GMC and NICE.....but will still be making a formal complaint to the CCG about this member of staff for her inappropriate handling of a vulnerable adults with several mental health problems.
