        When it has been just Bradley Medical Centre, one GP I never had any issues. I always even told family and friends how amazing this GP practice is, compare to other GP practices. Since theyve joined Health and Beyond, it has gone completely down hill. Ive been trying to get through to them since Friday and no luck! I have no time at all to be waiting on the phone for hours just to be able to speak to someone and potentially get told that there are no appointments. It really is a shame as it used to be such a good practice before and ladies on reception that used to answer the phone were so helpful. But its all changed now.

        Absolutely rubbish been number 1 on call list over a hour and you still have to wait for a call back what happened to booking an appointment

        I have been trying to contact the surgery all day today. I have spent hours on hold, and still have not spoken to anyone I will be making a formal complaint and contacting my MP. Health and beyond is a disgrace!
