Think twice before you use this clown! I contacted Pandora direct for a mobile service and they sent this agent to install an alarm with immobiliser to my Mitsubishi Evo 6. Big mistake I should of done my research as I have since had nothing but problems in leas than 500 miles of having the work done. Several none starts which I have ended up diagnosing and repairing the faults myself. Both times I found bare wires shorting out at different locations causing the ignition fuse to blow, Both times would of resulted in recovery if I wasnt able to diagnose and repair myself. When I first contacted Mike about this cutting out and none starting issue he said it would be nothing to do with the alarm but afterwards apologised for causing the fault once I found the cause, The Remote start never worked correctly due to being incorrectly Installed which I was not charged for as Mike advised me to pay for this once working correctly but he never came back to sort. I had to disable this feature with help from Pandora to being unsafe. Pandora sent this Clown to me to fit the alarm. I did not expect the work to be so poor and dangerous. I would not allow BSWC near a wheel barrow never mind my car again. I am now having to deal directly with Pandora who hopefully will be correcting it , If not then legal action will be taken. I have found bare unsoldered wires twisted together, loose earths and poor routing of cables as well as an insecure alarm siren, shock sensor and control module. I have not yet checked the whole system this was underneath the dashboard so I suspect all will be the same. Photos and videos have been taken, BSWC is now not answering my calls or messages although they have been read so I wont be contacting them again due to how angry they have made me feel, They were trusted to work on my pride and joy, If you have had work done by BSWC then I would seriously be having it checked as if its anything like the work done on my car then its a fire hazard. You have been warned!

Phoned them to get a quote for a reverse camera spoke to someone and they were going to phone me back and never did to to the place where they was and it was all close up
