Not sure about the place to be fair I had my cash ,payment But staff was only Interested in finance by them And then was not very helpful horrible after Think they want you to put shirt and tie on lol like I said I was only popping in to see if car was Automatic as I gone past it for weeks and the car not moved No cars have move for weeks And no other customers was in there All other place was busy I want too So Think that says it all

I cannot recommend Regal Motors Bilston enough. On our two interactions with the dealership, we have experienced exemplary and prompt customer service. The team are a credit to Peugeot and to themselves.

Start to finish absolutely fantastic service from Nigel at Regal Peugeot in Wolverhampton. We drove a fair distance to view a used 3008 that had recently become available. We arrived on time but the sales person we booked an appointment with was still with another customer. Nigel offered to step in and arranged for us to view the car and take it for a test drive. We found Nigel to be completely honest and open and he made no attempt with any hard sell tactics, particularly with regards to 'extras' such as finance, extended warranty, paint protection, GAP Insurance etc. In fact other than asking how we would intend to pay he didn't mention any of these things unlike another approved Peugeot Dealership we had recently visited in the midlands area. It was also reassuring to know this is a family owned and run business and the sales people are all long term employees. Anyhow, we bought the car after agreeing a trade-in value for our VW Golf and Nigel was quick to respond to any additional questions we had during the 10 days or so it took to prepare the car ready for collection. This took a little longer than usual due to the easter weekend. We are unlikely to return for a service as there are a number of approved Peugeot dealerships much closer to home. And the car came with a Peugeot Spoticar Warranty meaning we can use it at any approved dealership. So as far as after sales service and servicing go I can't comment and I do note the issues reported in some of the reviews here. But I would certainly recommend Regal if you are in the market for a new or used Peugeot at any point.
