        I was helped a lot by Sarah in the Bilston branch who guided me through the registering process online. The other staff couldnt even find my file in the first place. Why should this be happening? Even I could get a job in the Building Society in this case. Well done Sarah.

        I called into the Bilston branch of Nationwide Building Society today at approximately 15.15 with a problem with my account, the two ladies at the counter were amazing, they explained how to report the problem on my online banking going out of their way to explain step by step, they really put my mind at rest and I cannot thank them enough. Two lovely ladies, thank you so much.
