I chose to go to this garage because of the good reviews. I went to Simon explaining the problem of my car i understand that it wasnt coming up on his diagnostic after a couple of days back and forth to the garage with many parts changed still didnt fix the problem. Eventually it lead me to breakdown in the middle of the roundabout which the RAC came to rescue me. When they looked they knew the problem just like that which then I felt so disappointed in Simon when he had the car even over night once and still didnt pick it up and made me spend so much money on parts that wasnt fixing the problem.So I took it to a garage that I use to go to which is now far from me hence why I didnt got their first, and he had my car for one week and he said the cheapest thing to do is to change my engine as the problem was too big, after I did that my car was completely fine. I dont know about others but as a female I had zero knowledge around cars and I felt so let down from Simon buying things that eventually came off anyway because it got ruined again due to the original problem of the car. Simon did give me a choice when buying the parts he said I think it is that, that might fix the problem but I trusted his knowledge so I just said yes to everything. Dont get me wrong he is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does but only if the diagnostic tells him the problem. Just my opinion. After I broken down on the roundabout I called him to express my feeling that I wasnt happy how the RAC noticed the problem straight away and he had the car several times and didnt pick it up. He was very unprofessional raising his voice and using the term Rubbish when I was telling him what the RAC was saying that is the problem and expressing that am not happy how I trusted him to change most things in the engine. The money is all gone now nothing I can do but I will not go back their for anything regarding fixing my car.

Very good mechanical engineer is Simon been a customer at this garage for many years very efficient and an easy to explain any problem to you about your vehicle
