The nurses are wonderful and really know their stuff.
The Doctor we met was faultless. Lovely friendly and caring manner.
We've never had a problem getting an appointment with nurses or GP.

Getting anybody to answer the phone is near impossible and when you do its a long wait and I wasted months with rounds of testing and returning to them only for them to finally refer me to the hospital.
Then they don't mark it as Urgent and so I have just been told its another 10 month wait.
I have lost my hearing due to my skin condition and have got infected skin on large parts of my body due the years of waiting.
