Bought a large bird training harness. Which came apart as soon as I undid it. Trying to get help from the Parrot-supplies company. They are Not helpful at all. Con there way out of giving you a refund as they have no contact information or number. When you contact them though emails. They don't get back to you until its to late to sort out the problem. I would not buy from this company. Nor would I recamend to anyone else to stay well clear.

Misleading adverts. Their Free postage costs 24 If you ask why His answer is It attracts silly people. Dont think Ryan will be in business long with that customer service

I placed an order on 15th April for Nutri-berries. The website stated that the items I ordered were in stock and delivery 2 - 3 days. I was happy with the price so I placed the order. I waited a few days and contacted the company to enquire where the order was. I was informed it was out of stock. It is almost 2 weeks later and several emails have now been exchanged. Not once did the company reach out with any form of communication to update me on the status of the order. I had to initiate the process each time. I was eventually sent an email telling me the order had been despatched. I waited a few more days and contacted the company again, only to be told the items were still not in stock. I have since requested a refund but no answer as of yet. I ordered due to the prices being very good. I had also read good reviews. However, I have since located not so good reviews and wish that I had seen them earlier. My situation is ongoing and I am in the process of chasing up my refund.

I purchased a cage for 650. The cage arrived and middle divider was BENT and would not slot into designated section of the cage. I was asked to bend this back into place. Over the course of a few weeks it became apparent that thr cage was of very poor quality and would not last. After seeking advice I requested to return the item as was not fit for purpose. Ryan the seller has been rude to me on numerous occasions and also ignored letters and requests to return the item. A courier arrived at my door within days of him accepting the return following over 4 weeks of attempts to return the cage. I was told I had to pack the item in 3 box's and on a palet. Obviously this was not possible as I was given no time to do so and was not given a collection date. Ryan then said I refused collection of the item. This man is awful. I have been at the end of my tether and still await a suitable agreement to return the cage. I've been called a liar and thick. I have received awful emails and I seriously would avoid this company at all costs! The company is due to cease Feb 2022 and no guesses at to why the owner can not keep this company. BEWARE!!!!!
