For a company who pride themselves on good customer service we found them to be dreadful. When we picked the car up we noticed one of the key backs was missing and the back of the spare key wouldnt clip on properly. They told us to look on ebay for replacement backs and they would refund us. When i got home i called them to confirm that there wasnt any on ebay and to confirm they would cover the cost to buy two new backs from Mercedes 80 They said they would only replace the one for 40.After a few words back and forth the salesman we had dealt with , Niko, hung up on us. I called back and spoke to a manager who agreed to only refund a total of 50 for the two backs(which Im still waiting for!). Whilst at the showroom my daughter paid them for the road tax because they needed to apply for a new log book which they have never had. After two weeks they rang us to say that the car wasnt taxed because there had been a problem at the post office. Why didnt they do the tax online ? My daughter paid 25000 for this car and unbeknown to us had been driving around for two weeks without tax which in turn invalidated her insurance. Had she had an accident or stopped by the police the car could have been taken off her. They said they would call us to confirm when they had taxed it ,consequently they didnt so we had to call them back for confirmation.We are still waiting for the log book Overall terrible customer service and a dealership i would avoid at all costs Steve Wilson

Awful organisational skills as well as selling cars with accident damage which may not show on HPI but still not of satisfactory quality. Manager is an aggressive individual with no customer engagement skills. Refusing a rejection of a car well within my right. Courtesy vehicle not being fit for the road as well as untaxed for 2 days before I had to remind whilst it was poorly fixed at a Bodyshop. Litter left in my car when I got it back to which I got told its not my stuff. If youre going to buy a car be more careful than me ! Lesson learnt.
