Looked around for a cloud based phone system for around 20 users and after 7 years with 4com( don't use them, they're terrible) I decided on Clarion. From start to finish they have been great. I have mainly been dealing with Seb and Gloria and it's been a pleasure. Don't bother with the big companies like 4com charging a fortune, give these guys a try.
