        They disappeared with a brand new, very expensive pair of heels I took for them to fix. It's been 2 years, and absolutely no contact from them. When we first called them, they said they were trying to find the material to modify them - that was May 2021! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - STAY AWAY! Or else they'll lose your shoes too, but won't admit to doing so. 150 thrown in the bin.
