I needed my glasses (which I hadn't bought from Park & Brown) repaired, as one of the nose pads had fallen off. They repaired them in about 2-minutes flat, cleaned them and gave me a new case (as mine was in a pretty awful state) and when I asked how much?... they said "no charge". I think I know where I'm going for my next eye test and upgrade of lenses.... Thank you so much!

Took a few minutes to repair my badly bent glasses which I thought would need to be sent away and no charge! Very helpful and friendly service

Attention to detail and 1st Class after service. No hard push for new glasses like you get in Specsavers etc. I accidently dropped my heavy tool box on my glasses which damaged them and they were able to repair them and didn't want paying for the repair. I shall definitely be using Park & Brown again.
