        I waited for some time to have gel on my nails (which I had already shaped and filed at home). The beautician pulled out an electric metal file. I said there was only clear nail varnish on my nails that could be removed with a varnish remover, and they were already shaped so an electric metal nail file wasnt necessary. I also showed him the damage caused to my nail bed from a former experience with a metal circulating file and requested any filing he do with a standard emery board. He said he was unable, which I find quite hard to believe. So I left. What a disappointment.
