Lady Decorators, Sussex

Since moving to Horsham nearly 3 years ago I have used Lady Decorators to redecorate every room in turn. They always turn up when agreed and are professional throughout. They are clean and tidy and do a really good job with no fuss when problems [ due to my choices ] arise. Their prices are fair and I can highly recommend them - and have done so to my son and a neighbour who are also very happy with their work. Service: Paint color & wall treatments

I can not praise Gill and her team enough and am astonished to read the vitriolic one star review albeit posted a year ago. I think that reviews of such disarming negativity can be a consequence of an agenda that is not always associated with the actual work accomplished. Anyways, back to my review. We have used Gill on several rooms in our home and have always been thrilled with the finished result and the way in which Gill and her team have conducted the work. By illustration, for our last project a few weeks ago, the girls spent an entire day preparing our snug and utility; masking, covering and sanding. The end result was no paint splashes anywhere and no dust and a beautiful luxurious, quality finish. I love the fact that the girls are slightly obsessive. For example I came home one night and saw Jen with a tiny paint brush in her hand touching up small areas. The results speak for themselves but by way of stark contrast, I have just had our kitchen painted and had to use my builder's decorator due to the time constraints. What a mistake...chalk and cheese. I was so disappointed with the finished look that I am getting Gill to re-do the ceiling. Lady Decorators talk about and use the phrase 'flawless finishes' in their marketing. Far from being empty rhetoric it is bang on. I am a perfectionist in my work and understand the importance of great delivery and great customer service. Lady Decorators get my vote every time because they really do leave you with a flawless finish.

Gill's team have just completed the second phase of our house redecoration. Both times we found Gill to be efficient and organised, as well as an excellent communicator so we knew who would be here, when and for how long and how the work would impact us while it was going on. The team were polite, kind, cheerful, helpful and tidy, and made the whole process very easy. Not to mention what a fine job they did. We are very happy with the work done, the way it was done, and would not hesitate to recommend Lady Decorators.
