phoned these guys to arrange collection of car that they had dropped of this morning it was arranged drop off time 0900 hrs they turned up at 0925 hrs when i spoke the gentleman in question he was surprised but had attitude i tried to explain the situation with the repair garage and was insulted from this company i was called a clown and deserved what i got and he was upset he was not now going to make any money from the rental not customer focused please do not be fooled into thinking these people deliver an excellent customer experience !

Friendly team, cars all clean and nice to drive. Fair priced too. I use optimise to rent cats at the weekend to take my kids out as I only have a two seat van so for me optimise are very handy to have as a local hire Co.
