We were recommended Cannon Plumbing by our Estate Agent. We had a quick reply from our initial enquiry and the engineer did a great job in repairing our boiler. We did have a slight issue with our invoice but James called me after some email correspondence and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently which was really appreciated. I think it says a lot when a company take responsibility for something and can rectify the issue. Thank you. We recommend Cannon Plumbing.

What a courteous and professional company. They managed to arrange a visit on the same day of contacting them due to them having a short notice cancellation. Provided a prompt fixed price quote for a service of our living room gas fire and conducting an annual boiler service. Advance contact confirming on their way. Arrived on time. Their member of staff called Jack who serviced, and cleaned up our Verine Midas Slim line Radiant Gas Fire that needed a lot of TLC was fantastic. He also completed a through boiler service (the most comprehensive service and check we have experienced), and provided feedback on what we need to do with our radiators. Received e-mailed certificates of work completed, and the service checks completed. We also will ensure neighbours and friends are aware of the great level of service we received from them. We will certainly be using Cannon Plumbing and Heating for our future annual heating maintenance services plus any adhoc gas heating ad hoc repairs, enhancements going forward.
