Great shop with a good selection of items for the home. There are several local branches and ice visited most of them and am a regular in the Petworth and midhurst stores. The staff are great and very helpful in both those stores. I think the staff in the Billingshurst store may be less experienced. Especially when dealing with customers who need help. Not the best store out of the chain if you need advice on a DIY project but they do try. The selection of stock is good but I couldn't access quite a lot of it. Unfortunately if you are disabled this isn't a great store. Especially if you require a wheelchair. First the car park isn't particularly accessible and the TEN MINUTES you get to shop isn't even enough to wheel yourself between the car park and store front and back to the car again . Then inside is a bit of a nightmare. It's got lots of nooks and crannies and inaccessible bits including a whole upstairs dept. Staff seemed stumped when I said I needed to see what they had in their upstairs dept and could think of no way they could help. Asking what I needed and taking a photo of what was in stock would have been a solution. There needs to be more thought about the needs of the disabled customers. I imagine being blind for example you'd also have issues acessing the store. Some training around this and also what the sunflower lanyard is would be a great start. It's a good store don't get me wrong it's not terrible and if you are able bodied with no extra challenges I'm sure you'll find it a good option for everything from plants to cooking equipment, tools to pet supplies. It's good value for money and often cheaper than the big chain stores.
