This review is not a reflection on the staff at the centre but the manager or management team who fail to respond to emails within their given time frame as stated on the website. I would expect a call back as I dont see why in this day and age 7 days is an acceptable period of time to wait, especially as it is now well over this given time frame from yourselves. I do not expect to follow this up with a further email Simon. 3 days LATER and still no reply ? Staggering poor customer service appalling !
