I don't know if these negative reviews are from competitive companies to Langrex but I have dealt several tube suppliers in the UK and Langrex is by far the best when talking about customer care and communication. I have cancelled orders had a problem with a noisey tube and returned some tubes after a few weeks of use, and no problems here

Don't be fooled by the seller's good comments on ebay. Communication with them is practically impossible. I received the wrong item. The case is reported to paypal. Total ignorance.
