As time ticks by, I become more shocked and appauled by this organisation and the lack of empathy there in. A health centre, where they dont want anybody that might be unwell to attend, refusing appointments to people whilst the posh, expensive new waiting rooms sit empty. Fobbing people off with remote over the phone appointments for diagnosis and casual, speculative prescriptions of antibiotics for children. Ridiculous! What do we pay 40% tax and National Insurance for??

Receptionist was rude and difficult with my wife today when she turned up for her appointment, at the time confirmed, only to be told she didnt have an appointment. Their scheduling mistake and to then be treated badly. This is not acceptable.

This used to be a good surgery and, in my opinion, the doctors (certainly the ones I've seen) are still good and caring people. The trouble is that a series of massive housing estates have recently been built in the area and now the surgery can't cope with the numbers. As a result of this, they're under pressure and are making mistakes - like messing up my referral to a consultant. I was expecting a delay but, after a couple of months, I began to wonder why nothing had been happening. When I contacted the surgery, they told me everything was fine. After a further wait, I phoned the hospital, who told me that the surgery had not made the referral correctly and had been told, months ago, to resubmit it. They never did...

This surgery and it's receptionists leave a lot to be desired. You just cannot get to see a GO under any circumstances. What are the doctors doing? This appalling service is going to lead to someone dying because of the decision of a receptionist.
