For months I avoided the calls from Yomdel, but eventually decided to use their service. The results have been impressive and I wish I had taken the call straight away and signed up there and then. I genuinely feel stupid at the amount of business I probably missed by not having this service for my customers.

The most uncaring and unprofessional company I have dealt with in my 15 years as a mystery shopper. I let them down on a job as I had a loss in my family and then was ill. I emailed and called countless times to apologise and was told someone would ring me back, no one did, no reply to my emails nothing. I eventually, over a month later, spoke to Louis who informed me and I quote. "As Douglass Stafford had gone bust there are lots of shoppers wanting work and so we thought we would give them a try". This was even though I had been completing work for them before I let them down all to astandard that they were more than happy with. I questioned this reasoning for not giveing me work and eventually Louis was man enough to say it was due to me letting them down, once, and changing dates on my work. I let six companies down on that awful week, the rest were sympathetic and caring and still give me work. This is a vile company and Louis seems to think he can talk to people as he wishes. Now I don't know if he is the owner or a cleaner but he is an arrogant little man who speaks like he is almost brain dead. I hope they go the way of Douglass Stafford. What lovely Terms and conditions, any time any reason no notification, sums this company up. As per our Ts & Cs, which you agreed to when you signed up - point 23 states If we choose to, we can terminate our relationship with you and remove you from our mystery shopping database at any time for any reason without any prior notification.

A very responsive and friendly mystery shopping company that are pleasure to work with. They have a variety of assignments, covering different sectors, and recently moved across to an online portal which is easier to manage. As ever the fees could be better, but that is true across the industry.
