Awesome service again from Simon. I put my Specialized 2018 Stumpjumper in for a Gold Service - It hadn't been serviced professionally before, and Simon talked me through all of the items that needed fixing before buying & installing the new components. My bike has been ridden twice a week in all weathers & conditions (Surrey Hills mud and sand!) so it wasn't a surprise that I needed new bits. He also arranged for my forks and shocks to be serviced by TF Tuned, and he helped me set them up when I picked the bike up. Everything Simon does is meticulous, but pragmatic - he has advised on stuff that needs an eye kept on them rather than replacing. I'd throughly recommend him for any major bike service :)
