        Dont waste your time here, dont think its special just go to a normal, larger university, its an unorganised mess, biggest regret of my life so far was coming here , dont make the same mistake as me

        Customer service is always polite when I call but slow in resolving issues that are not the customer's fault. This leads to wasted time on customer's side, call centre side and therefore overall efficiency. Expected better.
