TrustPilot appear to employ discrimination, bias, unethical behaviour and refusal to abide by their own terms - in their business. I am the owner of a community charitable organisation representing 15,000 Canberrans. I frequently get commercial spam postings to my community, but none more so frequent or egregious as ArtMasterClass. I left a 100% honest - verifiably so - review of this unethical behaviour on TrustPilot, as the chosen platform of ArtMasterClass, and TrustPilot have removed it accusing me of "seriously misusing" their platform and engaging in illegal conduct. I asked for a simple, reasonable explanation of how exactly that review was illegal and offered to provide TrustPilot with extensive, verifiable proof of every single word in it. TrustPilot will not even consider reviewing their decision, against their own terms, instead discriminating against me because I am a volunteer charitable community owner not an official business and showing clear bias towards businesses on their site. Ethical conduct would give me the opportunity to demonstrate the rigour, accuracy and appropriateness of the review - but TrustPilot have no ethics. It appears likely that TrustPilot is probably receiving kickbacks and/or bribes from businesses to remove any negative reviews about them - no matter how truthful. TrustPilot is a complete scam and apparently fraudulent conduct. Like the UK Government these days, TrustPilot wouldn't know ethics or integrity if it hit them in the face! I am exploring legal action in response to this now, if TrustPilot believes any of this statement is untrue and therefore defamatory - I welcome them to take legal action themselves against me, this conduct by them should be examined in a court of law! TrustPilot are liars, illegally presenting a misleading and fraudulent picture of businesses because they probably receive illegal payments for doing so, or simply are just a giant con however they profit from this. Prove me wrong TrustPilot - the only reason for you to keep hiding is everything I have said here is correct. Gutless shysters!
