Clear Insurance Management Ltd

I tried to renew my Professional Indemnity insurance with them; they did not provide advice, check their form for obvious mistakes, or request from me a document the insurer had counselled them that they would require. This resulted in the loss of my thriving profitable firm I had built up over the last 8 years and 25 redundancies. To say I am furious is an understatement.

Filthy company and experience! Straight to the deputy CEO! They involved themselves in a matter due to not knowing what their jobs actually are, deliberately made a false insurance claim against me, lied about it, and upon trying to resolve the matter, they breached my data rights and withheld statutory information from me under a subject access request. Never use. The ethics of this firm do not exist
