London Dermatology Clinic (Monument/Bank)

Visited London Dermatology Clinic a month ago for a pilar cyst removal on my scalp. This cost me 424. The whole process was efficient - I filled out an online form, booked an appointment for later that week via email and had the consultation and cyst removal all done in the same evening. I was out within 40 minutes of arrival! Local anaesthetic was used to cyst removal and my stitches were dissolvable - minimal scarring on my scalp and no sign that the cyst will re-emerge as of now!

Excellent from start to finish, from the initial contact to book a consultation to the day of procedure. All ran smooth and replied to an email question on aftercare promptly. Id researched other places and this clinic definitely provides value for money. Highly recommend.

Felt really welcomed at this clinic and I was conscious about my skin without make up. I received really good advice and treatment in a family-feel clinic cant fault them from initial call to meeting the dermatologist.

Had a mole removal here because of concerns about its rapid growth and itching. All seemed fine until the stitches were removed and then the wound opened up leaving a big red gouge on my arm. Even a month later I still have to wear a plaster over it because it is really unsightly on my arm. The clinic didn't initially reply to my concerns and after calling they did offer me a follow-up, however by this point there is little that could have been done and I'm likely to have a large scar on my arm in the future now. The histology was also not sent to me because the doctor wasn't due back in the clinic for several weeks. They did get another doctor to review and I received a very brief explanation. When I asked for further information I was told that this would be supplied but unfortunately it hasn't been. Overall, really poor customer service and follow-up for what is a very expensive procedure.
