Terrible bank. Messed me around so many times. Definition of inefficient. Snapped my card recently and was told the process of getting a new one takes 7-10 days. Ridiculous.

Great experience in obtaining a mortgage with them. Old fashion in the way of working, not much digital options but otherwise great experience and quick responses. Gareth was very very helpful in particular and process was smooth.

Best business bank ever! they could not be more helpful. Unlike other banks you get to know most of the team on a first name basis. I saw a couple of comments about the process I can honestly say that makes me happy and secure. I have been with the bank for 17 years and would recommend it to anyone starting in business.
