Throughly enjoyed our food, really well presented tasty. Real English pub, clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Will definitely return.

A traffic accident led us to pulling in here, and to our surprise its a great wee pub. Being from down south, couldnt believe how cheap the prices of the drinks were and the atmosphere was one of familiarity. First stepping through the door, I actually thought Id stepped into someones front living room, and everyone looked to the newcomers stepping in. But it wasnt like when the music stops and the pub goes quiet, it was just a welcoming acknowledgement to see if more friends had walked through the door as this is clearly a place of regulars. All you could ask of an English pub really.

Best pub I have been to around here. Bar staff are always friendly and polite. When he does food, the food is immaculate. The customers are friendly and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere.
