First time of ordering from this take away I waited approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes one of the meals was missing so I rang the store straight away way told I can have it free on my next order I told the person at the end of the phone it the first time I have ordered from you and won't be again and they offered to send it out so what's that another hour and half not the greatest of foot either for the price how is it theses takeaways always get your order wrong but you never get extra it's always missing something update Sunday morning and food hasn't arrived

Have to give 1 star to leave review in reality it's minus 5. First and last time ordering. Waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for order then when it came item was missing. Now 12 hours after order, my order has not been rectified. (starting to think the promise to rectify order was a lie) What came was disgusting, overpriced slop. It's amazing how the takeaways in this area constantly get orders wrong yet a 12" pizza (for example) you didn't order never turns up. It's always something missing. If it was incompetence things you didn't order would turn up, yet they don't. That's because it's not incompetence it's ringing something through the till you have no intention of delivering. Avoid this place.

I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with either the quality or taste of any of the food from La Buona.
