The Pottery Loft

Nice friendly staff, enjoyed session just before Christnss but working so couldn't collect items before they closed over Christmas period. Process of collecting item unclear (for us newbies) as waited and waited for them reopening in January 2023, tried finding info, emailing etc eventually I decided to try and book a table and put a message in request, not only were we able to collect items using this slot booked up but finally received a reply. Perhaps information should be advertised on social media page and better monitoring of inboxes, plus info given out after craft session so customers understand. Perhaps advertising this info on their social media pages would be helpful.

Fantastic family-friendly place yet at the same time you could visit alone and feel part of the group the staff make such an effort too make you feel supported and they explain every thing what you should do and what too expect. Thank you shall be returning x

A gem of a place to spend a few hours, grandchildren loved it, there was a large selection of pottery to paint and you chose what colours you wanted. You could get food and drink too
