Me and my partner wanted to get a gavel and base engraved with a message for a graduation. Wed ran around and exhausted all the places we knew that did metal engravings but none would try wood- until we landed here. The staff listened and discussed what wed need and were very happy to do the work. They set about it and told us we were free to come back later to pick it up. They took a phone number and they let us know when they were done. Surprisingly it didnt actually take too long and came to a decent price which was quite a lot under what we thought wed be paying. As for the quality we werent sure as it looks like they usually handle metalwork but weve included a picture as an example of their wood engraving. We were really happy with the quality and would definitely use them again! If you want to use their services theyre situated by the garages opposite Tescos in Billingham just down from Hungry Jacks. You can catch them open from 8:30am until 4:30pm all week apart from Saturday when they are closed. Good quality and affordable too (although Im sure the price will scale with the work needed)- 5 stars!
