First time using Towngate for an MOT. Brilliant service, very quick and good price. Will definitely be using them in the future for MOTs, servicing, and repairs.

I was able to be seen & helped quickly and with my job, I need my car for work. Sean & Liam helped resolve the issue and were friendly and reassuring with what needed fixing.

Nov. 2019. I've just picked up my Toyota Corolla 2.0 Diesel Hatch from Towngate. Firstly, I was given a 2 tier quotation because Spec. on cars changes all the time and could only say for certain once the job was stripped down as to the cost. As usual it's never the cheaper price. No bother! My clutch was changed almost within the day even though the previously unknown parts didn't arrive until 1pm that day! Shaun must have put a good days work in to achieve that. Thanks Shaun! Not the cheapest of jobs to have done but cheaper price than quoted elsewhere in Billingham. Had my hand brake fixed too! dd Many thanks for that. Going to book my motor in for Full Service and MoT. Another New Satisfied Customer. Thanks fellas.

Got the oil change here in my Skoda Superb. Same oil as Halford use but 40 cheaper. I used to change my own oil but for 75 its not worth getting an oily arm. I never knew independent garages can update digital service records but they can. Skoda garages charge 185 for an oil change and inspection so 110 more to kick the tyres and check fluid levels. Nice friendly service, why pay more just for a tiled shiny showroom experience.
