I had to spend a few hours today at Costa based in Tesco Billingham. The food and drink I bought were good. But the staff were fantastic. They were cheerful and so friendly to all the customers throughout my stay there. There were obviously some regulars who were known to the staff but everyone was treated with respect. Great to see everyone happy in their work. They deserve a bonus
