Jhoots Pharmacy

Went to pick up my disabled and chronically ill Husband's prescription on Saturday which was due and he urgently needs but was unable to as we were later very reliably informed was closed from Friday afternoon until reopening following Monday (hoping will actually be open but not holding our breath about this). No forewarning or contact or message, nothing other than a written note on door window to inform customers "Due to unforeseen circumstances....". Very shoddy indeed! He's decided to use another pharmacy somewhere else because of being so unreliable but also having lost all trust and confidence.

For several months now my fathers medications have arrived late, at 81 years old this is totally unacceptable and if I could change his chemist I would, do not try on the pharmacy if you require anything other than over the counter medications

Terrible service. Got my sister that is really ill and very chesty and they put my mum on hold for ten minutes just to come back and say no. This place should be shut down

I have had nothing but great service from this pharmacy and have been a customer before and after the new owners took over Very helpful and knowledgable as you would expect and the staff always polite

Please can you remove my mums residential address from google and refrain from having parcels sent to no 22. Very much appreciated.
