My health has been deterating over the last 6 months. Accessing GP services for help and advice. From reception to the medical staff they have assisted me with face to face and telephone appointments. Carried out some investigations inhouse and promptly referred for specialist care. I have found staff helpful and curtious at all times. Always keeping me informed of care plan. Thank you.

The worst medical practice in billingham. Ever since covid19 they point-blankly refuse face to face appointments. Takes ten days for a phone appointment. Receptionists have awful attitudes. Been a patient for over 25 years & I honestly can't believe how these people get away with the above. Obviously I've left this practice now for the reasons above. STAY WELL CLEAR.

Brilliant service - call within the hour and an appointment 10 mins later. Lovely friendly Dr who made my child feel at ease and diagnosed the issue quickly. Reception staff efficient and lovely as ever. Deborah Pooley

I would like to thank Dr Singh for being an amazing, professional and supportive GP to myself and my 3 children. He is also a GP to many of my other family members also who all speak so highly of him. He is not just there to see you for a scheduled appointment. He always goes above and beyond and contacts you night or day following your appointment to check how you are. I feel he goes that extra mile and really is an amazing GP. He truly knows his patients and gives excellent advice and care. I recall having different views to him on occasion but I trusted him and he always knows best! I would like to personally thank him for his service. He is a true gentleman and an expert in delivering the best advice and support in a professional, supportive manner. Thank you Dr Singh.
