People giving a poor review aren't receptive to the work they do. Mental health is difficult to understand. And both the patient and family need to be involved It seems like these reviews come from people who are not able to understand the process or are angry they don't qualify for more benefits. Ignore them. You're in good hands

I was discharged from there services in December so I could get my medication from my own doctors. All that is required is a letter sending across to them and every time I ring they are stating there going to do it. 6 times I've rang now. Totally unprofessional

A total non service, all top gloss and no substance. Coldly patronising, uncaring jobsworthy staff whose only objective is to fob off the people who go to them for help.
