Terrible service, prescription not ready after 5 days, more interested in there dinner break. No communication from them because apparently all the phones were broken. I am now using a different chemist that takes people's health more seriously.

Says please hold if urgent and then hangs up every time, disgraceful put people in a cue not hang up on them

Very poor service the person who served me gave me the medication bag with someone else's full details sheet on it.(the sheet that's stapled to the outside of the bag) the sheet had someelses full name,date of birth,full address including post code.every detail was on it. For a different person Be very careful when using this pharmacy as there obviously never checked when handing me the medication. I would gave it a 0 star if I could.

Very helpful staff ,with everything they have had to endure since the start of Covid the ladies on reception deserve a huge thank you and lots of respect , 'Dr D' deserves her weight in gold for the way she cares for her patients
