We have had such a bad experience with this GP. Where to start? Hard to speak to a GP, difficult to book an appointment, rude and unhelpful reception staff. I am a professional myself and for any person who does not work within the NHS/social care this process by this GP can be very oppressive. I asked for a subject access request (which anyone can do) and the case recordings are not a true reflection of what happened which we have records of also. Very disappointed when your meant to trust these people.
