I am a shell customer from some good time now. Tonight I just had a bad experience with one of the managers from this site. I was on my phone, hanging the phone to my wife and one of the managers from this site approached me with a bossy attitude and told me to hang the phone which I was about to do it anyway. I told the cashier lady and she said she is sorry for my bad experience. However, I tried to tell her she doesn't need to be sorry for her boss behaviour and my opinion is that her boss needs a little bit more training in conversation with customers.
