      • Spiral Dive

        Shop employee has refused several click & collect deliveries from Ebay because he is too lazy to type in the eCP number provided on the package. He was rude when asked why, speaking in a very thick & hard to understand Indian accent & then questioning my understanding of the English Language. If he can't scan in a bar code, it is easer for him to refuse delivery instead of manually inputting the number. These deliveries now have to go back to the suppliers, refunded & re-ordered. That is just lazy & a customer lost because of it.
