This is my experience with Neil, he fitted my toilet cistern situated in a vanity unit on rerouting the pipe work he created a water leak which caused alot of damage to my bathroom. After lengthy conversations he started by removing all the damaged items with his apprentice including the floor tiles, after leaving my property i received no communication and he refused to answer any of my telephone calls or messages left on his answerphone and did not reply to any of my emails or letters and had now left me with a none functioning bathroom ? Which gave me no option but to proceed with court proceedings against Neil . The judge agreed with me and i one my case in lincoln court. I suggest to anybody reading this to save yourself the grief i have been put through by Neil and find yourself a different more capable plumber. Service: Toilet installation
