From the moment we walked through the door and met Paula and Natalie our minds were set at ease. Losing my Mum in law was very hard and both Paula and Natalie helped us through the most difficult time. They looked after every detail of the funeral, they made sure that everything was perfect, picking up on little details in conversations and then making suggestions with those details for the order of service. Going to see Mum was made so much easier because of the attention to detail that was given, the way she was dressed, the way her hair was brushed it wasn't in the least bit daunting. First class service with regular contact by phone both before and after the funeral of my late uncle, as he was a forces veteran Natalie supplied a union flag to cover the coffin and suggested a veteran padre to conduct the service at the end of the service the padre presented me with the colours of the Lancashire regiment which my uncle served with, the whole process was made very easy by Natalie and her team.

There are no words to justify the first class service N J Newbury funerals offer. From initial discussions right through to the service, the attention to detail, suggestions, compassion, understanding, care and love shown is phenomenal. A true family feeling, something the larger funeral services can not offer. Our Mum/Nans day was absolutely perfect and her wishes were respected completely. Nothing was too much trouble, everything we asked for was delivered perfectly. Natalie and her family went above and beyond to meet all the requirements. Thank you will never be enough.
