        Purchased a second/third hand vehicle from Donnington Commercials. It was as described, smooth runner, and the usual age related marks, the veichle was ready to drive away once purchased. The following day (Saturday), a warning light came up on the dashboard. Immediately i phoned Donnington Commercials, to alert them of this issue and was greeted with a voicemail, alas they were closed on a weekend. Monday morning 9am sharp, Simon heard my voicemail and rang me to let me know that he would happily take the van back to assess. I explained that the vehicle was essential for my work which would definately be required by the following weekend, and true to his word, the problem was assessed and repaired and returned to be within the week as a matter of urgency. Sometimes things go wrong, but what Donnington Commercials have done to rectify the situation is incredible. The customer service and communication has been out of this world and i can wholely reccommend this company. Thank you so much!

        You dont really find out how good a company is until things go wrong. Shortly after purchasing a van from Donington Commercials, it developed a fault, not something that Simon could have known about when we bought it. The fault wasnt easy to find or fix, but Simon went well beyond what was expected to put it right, (it took a couple of months to find the main fault, as every time it was fixed another showed up). We have been running the van now for several months and have had no more issues with it. i would recommend Donington Commercials 100%.
