        Tried to make an appointment to see a doctor today,was listening to a recording, I went from 10th in the queue to 1st in the queue in 3 hours 24 minutes and 9 seconds before it just clicked off.The recording repeated every 15 seconds,I now need counseling as well as a doctor!

        Just Awful.. Not even managed to see what the Drs are like as I have been trying to call the surgery for hours all day. Reception?.. No, lack of Receptoin. Terrible service so will look elsewhere for our GP.
