Rosey's classes are a great way to de-stress. Rosey is always welcoming, kind and patient. A friendly class, I love the breathing and laughter exercises which are so beneficial to health and well-being. Rosey's classes are fun and interactive for all ages.

Rosey is an outstanding Yoga teacher! She goes out of her way to make everyone feel at ease as she guides you through the different poses - which is essential for an older beginner like me! She lets you know just how far to go in a pose without any danger of overstretching or injury. I particularly enjoy the meditation session at the end of each class which helps me to feel very relaxed and more centred. I loved doing the outside classes during the summer months and always left the session feeling happy and revitalised. I highly recommend her!

Rosey is a fun, experienced & friendly yoga teacher, & I thoroughly enjoy every class she does. I first attended one of her laughter yoga sessions about 4 years ago & it was unlike anything Id done before, I was in fits of laughter at the end!

An AMAZING experience! I felt very at ease to let loose and go with the laughs then by then end of it I actually couldnt stop! So good! Would recommend and definitely want to go again! Left on such a high!

Ive been an on and off again yoga student for years, and Rosey is hands down my favourite teacher. She is very patient, kind and injects fun into her sessions. I always walk away feeling happy and recharged.
