Excellent service from start to finish! After much disappointment and a lack of response or interest from other companies, I was relieved that Mark1 were quick to respond to my enquiries and delivered an outstanding service. I needed 2 coaches to accommodate around 90 Spanish and other guests to and from a church service in Mile End to a wedding reception in Orsett and back again between the hours of 3pm and 1am the next day. Not only did they go above and beyond to ensure their coaches were on time, they offered flexibility and all at a fair cost. Brilliant! The team ensured a personal touch too. Being a wedding event they made sure the interiors of their vehicles were accommodating to the occasion with beautiful bows and balloons inside. Might I mention exceptionally clean also. The drivers were friendly and professional and our wedding guests all arrived safely and on time despite a busy Saturday afternoon on the roads. Attention to detail! I was impressed with how patient the team were at Mark1 in understanding our needs and they ensured I was aware of where the coaches were at each point of collection making for a smooth day logistically. Peace of mind! I cant thank Mark1 enough for their excellent service from the moment of first response right up until the point of the return journey for our wedding guests. Even the after service was great. If youre reading this wondering who to use for your booking, look no further!!! Couldn't have asked for more from these guys. Professional, on time and got the job done. Needed transport for 85 guests from church ceremony to reception and then back to drop off location late at night and Marc 1 took care of everything, kept an eye on traffic and any closures or incidents along the planned route and rerouted us so we barely got impacted by it, even decorated the interior of the coaches. Very happy wedding party, would use again for sure. Thanks guys!
