        Called the number and asked for a Taxi the person on the other end started to explain that they are a "Chauffeur" company and they don't really do short journeys... It's important to note that at this point I hadn't even been asked where I wanted to go!!!!. On their website they show they do airport transfers to London City. I have recently moved to the area and needed a reliable trusted taxi/car company as I travel VERY often to Heathrow (every 3/4 weeks for work) this is a rare occasion that I'm flying from London City. The attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. I could have been a regular high tipping client but I will never use your company and will actively encourage others not to as well. Rude.

        Needed a car for a Gatwick drop and Heathrow return. Platinum were superb and I'm picky! Andrew our driver was on time, well presented and could not do enough to help. The vehicle was a lovely clean Mercedes van. I received SMS messages ahead of time, confirming each leg of the trip. Platinum made the trip a breeze. Thanks very much! I will continue to use your services. For anyone needing a car service, look no further!
