        Unassigns drivers last minute so Ive got no clue if one is coming or not, I have to use Uber as a back up, and they complete their transaction and arrive at my door before mayflower even give me an assigned driver. Playing with peoples jobs and important meetings here

        After initially being told 20 minutes minutes we waited outside for 75 minutes In the freezing cold which included 2 more promises of 10-15 minutes away eventually gave upped and flagged one down. Wonder why people use Uber with service like that.
