Brilliant school! I can't fault at all.....son settled in well, is very happy and he's doing fantastically well all round. Wonderful teachers and head teacher, nice environment-I love their teaching approach. No regrets whatsoever.

St. John's School in Billericay is a wonderful school full of truly happy children and students as well as long serving staff members. It is an incredibly caring school and if you are thinking of putting your child there please do not hesitate. My daughter started late in Year 8 and has just left with amazing results. She was very happy there and very sad to leave. After bad experiences with her private pre prep and her secondary school in Chelmsford, we finally found St. John's who welcomed us immediately. There's no stuffy politics here - just frankness. The staff are very professional, excellent teaching staff and small groups of students and everyone, children, staff and tutors are unbelievably caring towards each other. The results at St. John's are very impressive and I am convinced this is due to the very happy nature of the students across the board. My only regret is that I didn't place my daughter at St. John's aged 3. You get excellent value for money and the staff are refreshingly honest, open and straightforward. The Head Teacher is very approachable and always happy to help. The one thing that struck me right from day one was how, at St. John's, individuality is celebrated. This builds confidence. The teaching is quality. I could not have asked for any more (other than a Sixth Form which is on the cards) Truly a well managed and very happy school with happy parents at the gate and excellent facilities and opportunities. Go look for yourself.
