Ordered at 17:56 didn't receive our drinks for an hour. Finished our second lot of drinks before one of our meals arrived. 1 meal arrived, 2 meals followed once the first was finished. The last 2 meals arrived nearly 2 hours after they were ordered. Not Ideal for a family dinner.
Meals were cold, onion rings were burnt, missing chips and sauces. Although the manager did send over replacement chips, these were at least hot.
The security were asking us to leave because we had a minor with us and it was 8pm, ended up having to inhale our dinner so we could leave.
I am sure they were understaffed but I've never been to a wetherspoons with food like this. Very disappointed.
